    Heated pool, parking onsite. Reasonably large rooms in natural sunlight, very friendly staff. A lot of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Particularly good position next to everything.

    The venue is of good standard and exceptionally comfortable. the location is particularly good, not far from Shenzhen. the staff are extremely friendly and manage the parking onsite. the hotel rooms are spacious and bright with natural sunlight.

    Amazing hotel, I liked its good location.

    everything seemed wonderful, hospitable staff, modern rooms. location: the hotel was short walk to subway and getting a taxi, the restaurant for dinner, breakfast and for lunch and raffle shopping mall. tried some nice meals at chuzi yinxiang, located next to the property. i booked a room with a good bed, a safe, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making equipment. the atmosphere created was good. had breakfast in the terrace.

    I loved the complimentary breakfast and happy hours at the hotel's restaurant. the hotel had a prime location in close proximity to a metro station which made it convenient to go around the city. the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was cordial and helpful.

    the hotel had bad soundproofing, which made it difficult to have a peaceful sleep, and the noises from the neighboring rooms were audible.

    We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and had lots of natural sunlight. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. We enjoyed a decent breakfast in the comfortable restaurant. The hotel is also in walking distance of the Raffle shopping mall and is located next to everything.

    The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with the Raffle shopping mall within walking distance. getting a taxi through Didi was challenging. the restaurant on-site was next to everything, making dinner plans easy. the rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth stay. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. the gym and pool facilities were new and well-maintained.

    The air circulation in the bathroom could be improved to reduce unpleasant smells.

    The hotel I stayed in had a great location, just a short walk away from popular shopping areas. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and always there to help. The room was very spacious, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast which was a great way to start off the day. The breakfast options were delicious and diverse.

    I must say the biggest disappointment during my stay was the poor sound insulation of the room. I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms which made it very difficult to get any sleep or rest.

    the sun terrace and garden area were perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. the room advantages were fantastic, with private facilities that made us feel right at home. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were great, and we enjoyed the packed lunches too.

    The only minor issue we faced was the location, which was a bit out of the way and hard to find for the taxi driver. with the new metro station opening soon, this should no longer be a problem.
